The system adapts to you
You have a calendar where you enter your nutrition, mood, cycle, stress and sports. You log meals, weight, activities, photos and notes day by day. See everything simply, without missing a thing.
If you slip up, you don't start over. The system recalibrates.
Movement tailored to you
You can follow our workouts or choose others from the database. You can also have your personal trainer create workouts and use them in the app. Track activities like walking, running, gym or swimming directly from the app.
